Housing
NCSE has organized two housing options for attendees; The Chancellor Hotel and the dorm rooms the University of Arkansas. If you plan to stay at the Chancellor Hotel, please book a room at your earliest convenience. Rooms are limited and space fills quickly.
The Chancellor Hotel
Price: $109 per night plus tax
To book a room at The Chancellor Hotel call 479-442-5555 and mention NCSE or book online through the Chancellor Hotel Reservation System. Please note that there is an error in the reservation system and it is only accepting reservations for the nights of Monday, June 24 and Tuesday, June 25. This is being resolved. The Chancellor Hotel is located less than a mile from the University of Arkansa Campus. Guests can enjoy an approximately 20 minute walk to the campus or take advantage of the VeoRide Bike Share. The hotel also provides a complimentary shuttle service to all registered guests. The shuttle runs from 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. within a 5 mile radius of the hotel.
University of Arkansas Dorms
Price: $35.29 per night plus a one-time $14 fee for linens
Attendees will stay at the University of Arkansas Northwest Quad Residence Hall. All rooms in the building are Quad Suites which contain four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room. Guests will have their own private, locking bedroom but will share a bathroom with the other guests in the suite. Bedrooms contain a twin bed with desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, WIFI, data port, and outlets. Each suite is independently climate-controlled but the individual rooms are not adjustable. Linens include one pillow, sheets, a blanket, wash cloths, and a bath towel. Replacement bath towels and wash clothes may be requested from the desk as desired.
Travel
The University of Arkansas is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, one of the nation's top college towns and fastest-growing regions. Located in the northwest corner of Arkansas, Fayetteville is situated on Interstate 49 with close proximity to Highway 412 and the Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport
Airport Information: The Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport (XNA) is located just 30 minutes from the campus. Four major carriers fly directly into XNA and the airport is accessible from a number of major hubs. For more information, visit www.flyxna.com.
