The Global Council for Science and the Environment (GCSE) hosts a monthly virtual meeting for our Sustainability Education Community of Practice. These meetings are 60 minutes, with an additional 30 minutes for informal conversation and networking. These take place virtually every third Wednesday of from 2:00-3:30 pm ET.
Communities of Practice are open to GCSE member institutions only. To check if your institution holds active membership and inquire about meeting registration, please reach out to our membership team at membership@GCSEglobal.org.
During the October Sustainability Education Community of Practice meeting, the GCSE team will share our synthesis of the best practices for transformative sustainability programs and how we might frame program level standards for sustainability, based on what we’ve heard over the past year.
