NCSE seeks volunteer reviewers for the NCSE 2021 Annual Conference to review proposals in the priority focus areas: Heat, Water, Systems and Solutions, Social and Ecological Sciences, and COVID-19 in Context. Learn more about these focus areas.
Please note that the deadline to submit proposals has been extended to July 20, 2020. Therefore the review period will now take place July 22–31, 2020. Reviewers will review around six proposals and must be available to review their assigned proposals during this time period. Reviewers will access their assigned proposals and submit their reviews through an online abstract management system.
Deadline to volunteer to be a reviewer: July 20, 2020
The review criteria are:
- Merit and clarity of the abstract (limited to 2,000 characters, including spaces).
- Completeness of the proposal, particularly having well-developed content and sufficient presenters to address all relevant aspects of the topic.
- Complete and diverse list of presenters.
- Relevance to the NCSE 2021 Annual Conference theme, Hot Water: Science and Solutions for a Planet Under Pressure.
