Minh-Hà Pham, Ph.D.

Dr. Minh-Hà Pham is currently the Vice President for International Relations at Paris Sciences et Lettres, a role she stepped into on September 1, 2018.  Dr. Pham formerly served as the Science Counselor at the Embassy of France in the United States where she developed collaboration programs with renown American research institutions. She was Director of European and International Cooperation at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) where she also served as the Deputy Director in charge of Asia-Pacific relations and was responsible for implementing the CNRS international policy. Dr. Pham was seconded at ParisTech as the Delegate in charge of implementing international actions common to the members. As a scientist, she led an INRA research laboratory on the behavior of honeybees. She produced 100 scientific publications and also spent her time teaching in universities. She contributed to creating a start-up and she was the coordinator of a European project on the impact of pesticides on bees. Dr. Pham graduated from AgroParisTech and received her Ph.D. and her Habilitation in Neuroscience from Sorbonne University and is a Senior Scientist at CNRS.
