Andrew Chang

Science, Law, and Policy Intern

Andrew Chang is the science, law, and policy intern at NCSE. He is a rising second year student at Columbia Law School, where he serves as a moot court instructor for the High School Law Institute. Andrew graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2018, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in political science with a concentration in international relations. He has previously contributed to a white paper evaluating the efficacy of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) listing requirements in mitigating social risk, and is generally interested in examining the role that international cooperation can play in addressing large-scale issues. Andrew is a native of New Jersey and is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.
